日本の伝統文化である能の米国公演のポスターはアルファベットと漢字を合体させるイメージでデザインしました。アルファベットの３文字と漢字の一文字が複雑に絡み合い、東と西の文化の新しい融合の世界が誕生することを期待しています。日米両方の国の人がかろうじて読める可能性を信じたいと思います。

The poster for the Noh performance in the U.S. combines alphabets and Kanji characters to symbolize a fusion of Eastern and Western cultures. The design intertwines three alphabet letters with one Kanji character, aiming to create a new world of cultural blending. I hope it’s readable to people from both Japan and the U.S.
