昨年から信楽で制作していた４作品のひとつが、札幌駅パセオの地下広場に設置されました。
タテのラインを強調した103本の森の樹を表現したテラコッタ彫刻です。
タイトルは「テルミヌスの森」。4月29日に除幕式が開催されました。
サイズは 高さ3m × 幅18mです。
他に広場のデザインや施設内４カ所の通路にも巨大なグラフィックを担当しました。
すべてが完成するのは10月頃です。
One of the four pieces I have been working on in Shigaraki since last year has been installed in the underground plaza of Sapporo Station’s Paseo.
It is a terracotta sculpture depicting 103 trees of the forest, emphasizing vertical lines. The title is “Forest of Terminus.” The unveiling ceremony was held on April 29th. The dimensions are 3 meters in height by 18 meters in width.
In addition to this, I have also been responsible for creating large-scale graphics in the plaza’s design and in four passageways within the facility. Everything is set to be completed around October.
